Typhaine Delaup and Virginia Scudeletti investigate live-composition methodologies, bringing various improvisational techniques into creative conversation with one another. On-stage composition allows us to explore power dynamics: the subjugation of an individual’s will, and, conversely, the potentials for positive collaboration. Our research is directed to both performance and educational practice.
Supported by: Edinburgh Dance Base, DEOS//Teatro Carlo Felice, Yorkshire Dance, Dance City Newcastle, Tripspace Projects London, Pavilion Dance Bournemouth.
As part of our research we offered a variety of professional classes focused on improvisation and workshops on live composition into performance. if interested in booking a class or workshops please get in touch at firstname.lastname@example.org.
